The Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day management of account needs across all categories of business. The AE will partner with sales leadership to understand and execute the sales initiatives. They will be accountable to the seasonal calendar for their assigned business at PRO Standard by working cross-functionally to ensure timely execution and drive effective communication between stakeholders.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end to end account management including: order acquisition through order delivery, PRO Standard profitability with key accounts, and management of all credit claims, customer compliance issues, returns, etc.
  • Optimize PRO Standard product sales by achieving or exceeding sales goals with assigned account base.
  • Lead sell-in and sell-through for assigned account base in collaboration with marketing and merchandising counterparts.
  • Provide marketplace and trend insights to brand and leadership team
  • Maintain a consistent frequency of in-store visitation to ensure execution of brand presence, activations, and visual roll outs – driving turn and door volume.
  • Accountable for preparation, planning, and delivery of sales line presentations tied to PRO Standard seasonal merchandising, sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and deliver new business opportunities with new and existing customers that drive revenue growth.
  • Build strong working relationships with retail partners and key organizational stakeholders.
  • Prepare weekly and seasonal sales analysis to be shared with cross functional partners.
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively across all levels of management.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 5-7 years of account sales or equivalent position
  • Experience with Sports Licensing a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
  • Interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to travel as needed (up to 30%)
