Job Description:


As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing existing business, attaining new business and developing strong relationships by selling our top-notch solutions. The role is pivotal in ensuring seamless communication, strategic alignment, and exceptional service delivery to our new and existing global clients. Ideal candidates will have an aptitude for fostering long-term value-added relationships and is influential in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities as this role involves selling into Beauty and Wellbeing product companies located in Europe and/or North America.

Qualification

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the market research, consulting and/or information services industry.
  • Proven experience of selling to large multi-national organizations.
  • Proven track record of managing global accounts and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage the entire sales process – from lead gen to negotiation to procurement and onto account management.
  • Planning and prioritization skills to achieve sales goals, with an emphasis on attaining new business and progressing them into the existing client base.
  • Networking, strategic, and structured communication skills to uncover unmet needs, identify areas of opportunity and recommend product and service solutions.
  • Ability to solve problems and react positively to change.
  • Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in-person and virtually
  • Proficient in using MS Office, Salesforce, and LinkedIn.
  • A second language, preferably French and/or Spanish, is a plus.
