Senior Account Manager
Growing fashion-forward housewares company that is looking for Senior Account Manager. Looking for detail oriented and organized individuals with Account Manager or Senior Sales backgrounds. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and can prioritize workload effectively and demonstrate the ability to meet challenging deadlines. May be required to travel (internationally and domestically). Should have strong Excel and Retail Math skills. Will develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Must be able to communicate with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. Looking for 3+ years’ experience. Walmart experience preferred, not required.

- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Maximize sales profitability, growth and account penetration with current accounts
- Analyze the market to identify trends and take advantage of opportunities
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
- Experience and understand of the housewares industry are a plus
- Walmart Experience preferred, not required
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
- Must be able to work in an entrepreneurial environment and be a self-starter
- Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel and Powerpoint)
