Senior Accountant, 95K-105K (Hybrid)

Addison Group is working with a publicly traded company in the North Addison area. This company is looking for a strong Senior Accountant who has shown career progression and is looking to be a leader within the organization in the future.

This role is hybrid, typically only in office 3-days per week and pays 95K-105K. This role has the ability to become more remote as you settle in.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting in month-end close processes
• Assist in financial reporting
• Review and analyze general ledger account reconciliations
• Generate monthly financial and performance reporting for further analysis
• Produce supporting documentation for audits
• Documentation of current business processes, procedures and internal controls
• Monitoring important business metrics, and identifying action steps to improve such metrics
• Utilizing technology to continuously learn, innovate and share knowledge with team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• 3-6 years of Accounting experience required
• CPA or CPA Candidate is a plus
• Experience in public accounting industry is a plus
