Senior Accountant

CPG & Associates has been engaged by a $600Mil privately held company near Plano, to assist in finding a CPA - Senior Accountant responsible for overseeing the gl accounting functions, month-end close process, annual audit and providing financial reporting & analysis to support decision-making. This position will work with the CFO and M&A team on special projects to assist in purchase price allocation and due diligence.
