Four Corners Aviation is Headquartered near The Star in Frisco, Texas. We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our accounting team.



Summary:

As a Senior Accountant, you will perform a variety of accounting functions in support of the Accounting Department. Your work will provide critical accounting support for a growing company.



Responsibilities include:

• Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Process and record daily banking activity
• Monthly Balance Sheet account reconciliations
• Expense Report approval utilizing Concur
• Inter-co transactions and reconciliation
• Assist with month-end close including review of financials, journal entries and reporting for multiple entities
• Manage all company insurance policies
• Payroll processing including journal entries and commission calculations
• Calculation and filing of sales tax and federal excise tax
• Maintain fixed assets and related depreciation schedules
• Assist with cash-flow analysis
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Minimum 4-8 years of Full Cycle Accounting experience
• High Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
• Extensive knowledge of Month-End Close processes
• Job Costing experience in Quickbooks
• Excellent communication, research, problem solving, time management and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
