Senior Accountant

LHH has partnered with a real estate organization in the search for a Senior Accountant. Our client seeks a detail-oriented accounting professional with a passion for financial reporting and experience managing complex, multi-site accounting operations. This exciting opportunity offers a flexible schedule, supportive leadership, and the ability to make impactful process improvements!

Employment Type: Permanent, direct hire

Location & Worksite:

• Sammamish, WA
• Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed financial reports, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements
• Manage multi-site intercompany accounting processes
• Conduct reconciliations and audits while ensuring internal controls
• Provide financial insights to leadership and recommend process improvements
• Assist in budget development and financial planning
• Support field-based finance teams and resolve complex accounting issues
• Act as a liaison during external audits

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of experience in an accounting role
• Experience with multi-site, intercompany accounting
• Proficiency in Yardi
• Strong communicator and problem solver with an eye for process improvements

Preferred:

• CPA license

Salary, Benefits, & Perks:

• Salary range: $85,000 – $90,000
