We are seeking a highly motivated accounting individual to join our team. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records and reporting processes. This position will work from our St. Louis Corporate office located at One City Place Suite. 400 St. Louis, MO 63141 .

In this role as Senior Accountant, you will be expected to, among other tasks:

• Record month-end entries for corporate entities, including entries related to debt, derivatives, taxes, and corporate allocations.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Reconcile intercompany accounts to eliminate discrepancies and ensure proper consolidation.
• Manage ASC 842 leases and entries, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and accurate/complete reporting.
• Take ownership of consolidations and maintenance of general ledger accounts and account structures within the consolidation tool software (OneStream).
• Assume system admin responsibilities for financial systems, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.
• Provide support for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, including debt compliance preparations.
• Address other ad hoc accounting items and projects as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  
  

Minimum Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting - CPA a plus.
• A minimum of 4 years accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proven ability to be proactive and self-starting in identifying and resolving issues, with a track record of implementing process improvements and driving efficiencies.
• Must be detail-oriented individual
• Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis tools.
• Commitment to continuous process improvement.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
