Senior Accounting Manager

This position's main responsibilities include implementing systems in the office to maximize functionality and quality of care while maintaining the highest standard through leadership and collaboration. Ownership of this position will allow for effective systems and processes that in turn fosters relationships, team building and delivers long-term growth. The role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and leadership.

Ideal candidates must have a strong attention to detail and great analytical skills.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Accounts Payable and Receivable

Invoicing

Banking

Deposits

Credit Card Payments

Reconciliations for bank account and credit cards

Processing Payroll, commission, and monthly bonus pay.

Sales Exec Expense processing

Tax filing

Multi state licensing renewal

Company insurance renewal

Front Desk Daily Operations

Fielding phone calls

Greeting customers & vendors

Administer any changes in company policies, memos.

Daily, weekly, monthly, and annual office and sales reports

Skills

Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Proven experience in Accounting, Payables/Receivables

Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise is a requirement.

Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)

Hands on experience with office machines (e.g., fax machines and printers)

Familiarity with email scheduling tools

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.

Strong Attention to detail and good analytical skill
