Role and Responsibilities

This position provides the opportunity to build both soft and technical skillsets and experience with the Company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP system, Workday. The ideal candidate has a solid experience of using Workday and is willing to gain deeper knowledge of the system to apply it in solving problems for both HCM and Financials.

Primary Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Function as a main Workday Security Administrator
  • Maintain the current ERP system administration, Workday, as one platform
  • Supports and administers multiple financial applications, in addition to Workday
  • Maintain Workday ticketing system
  • Maintain Workday change management, documentation and quality controls.
  • Assist and coordinate with the evaluation, quality reviews and testing documentation of the system upgrades (Semi Annual), new feature releases and implementation
  • Assist with the internal/External auditors’ requests
  • Main point of contact to assist and support system users on questions or concerns
  • Analyze issues and research for solutions to initiate corrective actions, and do proper follow ups
  • Assist with ad hoc requests and projects
  • Show initiative in improving processes and escalate

Qualifications And Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Three plus years of experience and knowledge of use of Workday system
  • Workday PRO certified a plus
  • Accounting and Finance background a plus
  • Strong work ethic with consistent work performance
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks/assignments and self-manage
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
