THE OPPORTUNITY



As the Senior Analyst, Human Resources (HR) Data Administrator, you will collaborate with our Field HR Leadership Team to provide HR process and workflow management, HR data reporting, team communication, and administrative work. This role requires you to be familiar with all HR processes and workflows. In this position, you must understand HR principles and be able to apply this knowledge to identify practical solutions for our business challenges. It involves working with large amounts of HR data and collaborating with leaders at all levels of the field restaurant organization. You position will work with several HRIS systems to provide thorough data analysis and assist in crucial decision-making. The suitable candidate will have significant experience within the human resources field and competent computer science skills.Additionally, you must be able to design engaging presentations and complex spreadsheets. A passion for fresh guac might come in handy as well!



WHAT YOU’LL DO



In addition to following Chipotle’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collect, compile, and analyze Field Operations HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to recruitment, restaurant field operations, and compliance for the HR leader as well as the HR Business Partners.
  • Work to ensure people data is readily available with the desired quality and reliability. Clean data to eliminate any errors and create more meaningful analyses.
  • Take direction and guidance and then function in an independent manner, displaying critical thinking to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Organize data into manageable segments by developing and maintaining complex spreadsheets and databases. Prepare clear, readable reports and presentations of findings.
  • Design engaging presentations with compelling content and visuals. Own the process of design from concept to completion, including proofing for accuracy and adherence.
  • Be an effective communicator and collaborator, build and maintain strong network of effective relationships across the HR field team, field operations and the HR COE’s.
  • Have a mindset of continuous improvement to guide team on best practices and making recommendations to drive performance and efficiency.
  • Assist the team with ad-hoc projects, analyses and support as needed.



WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a quantitative background, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration or Human Resources preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience working as an HR Analyst or similar role.
  • Experience working with Workday or other HRIS systems, online survey tools, etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts, and presentations.
  • Participate and interact effectively on a team as well as work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Strong ability to own, execute and deliver on short- and long-term projects.
  • Able to prioritize and use sound judgment and decision-making.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
  • Professional presence with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Capable of collaborating with executives and business partners at all levels.

PAY TRANSPARENCY



A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $69,000 - $127,000. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
