We are seeking a full-time Senior Architectural Designer with 5 to 8 years of professional experience to work remotely from Arkansas and report to our New York Headquarters. This role involves leading and executing architectural designs across all phases of residential projects. A successful candidate will collaborate with studio directors and should possess strong skills in modeling, rendering, and Revit. An architectural background is required; while licensure is not mandatory, it is a plus.

Duties & Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing high-end residential projects (single and multi-family) and other design projects
  • Understanding clients' needs and the needs of the people using the building, developing design concepts in consultation with the client, and establishing final briefs
  • Developing and managing all phases of the design/documentation process
  • Producing client presentations
  • Developing, modeling, and rendering design concepts
  • Mentoring and training junior project team members

Position Requirements

  • Professional Degree (B.Arch or M.Arch)
  • Minimum of 5 - 8 years of work experience in high-end architectural design experience (should be able to showcase finished/built work)
  • High proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, Rhino, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Talented designer with significant technical ability and experience
  • Self-motivated to produce excellent work
  • Highly organized with acute attention to detail
  • Excellent time management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
