Senior Associate Attorney

Position Overview

We are seeking highly skilled Senior and Associate Attorneys to join our team. This position is focused on civil litigation and insurance defense, providing a unique opportunity for an attorney with a strong background in trial work and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. With major nationwide clients, 500+ employees, 40+ national offices, we offer fully remote, unlimited PTO, and up to an additional $45k yr in potential production bonuses (paid quarterly)! Timelines: were typically 1 interview and same day offer!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of insurance defense litigation matters, ensuring timely and effective legal representation.
• Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to develop case strategies and objectives.
  
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor
• Passed CA bar
• 5+ years of experience in Civil Litigation, Insurance Defense
• Proven track record of experience in Depositions, Motions, and preferably Trial
• Strong defense side experience in any of the following:
• General Liability, Construction Defect, Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Slip Fall, Dog Bite, Premises Liability, Product Liability, Professional Liability, Business Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Auto on Auto, OR Labor Employment
