Senior Audio Visual Engineer

Innovative Driven is currently seeking a Senior Audio Visual Engineer to join the team at a highly prestigious and collaborative law firm client in NYC. This is a terrific opportunity for Visual/Audio Engineer candidates with 5+ years of experience looking to take the next step in their career!

The Senior Audio/Visual Engineer will join the firm's Information Services Department and will have the opportunity to take charge of the development and support of enterprise collaboration and conferencing technologies across all of the firm's offices on a global level.

Responsibilities:

• AV/VC systems - Take the lead on design, implementing and support in all conference rooms.
• Technical support to all AV/VC systems across the firm's platforms.
• Active communication with vendors and internal stakeholders: full cycle review of existing platform. The successful candidate will review existing and new initiatives to architect, design, plan, install, upgrade/decommission all conference rooms to meet the business and function needs across the firm.
• Lead site installation/upgrades/normalization and decommissions of all AV and VC equipment.
• Closely work with AV vendors to ensure all devices are installed, configured, and tested to meet firm standards.
• Standardize room layout in order for equipment to perform properly.
• Perform regular audits and maintain an inventory of all conference room data, hardware, and license management.
• Assist with preventative maintenance visits.
• Frequently review all AV/VC hardware and service contracts globally to ensure appropriate support coverage across all sites.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting a large AV/VC environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
• In-depth understanding of Crestron, Biamp, Zoom and Teams
• Experience in architecting solutions on a global level for communications space
