About The Role

As a Senior Brand Designer, you’ll be at the forefront of our brand’s visual identity, driving creative projects from concept to execution, and with a primary focus on designing and building for the web (in Webflow). You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to bring our brand to life in ways that resonate with our audience. Your exceptional craft skills and eye for detail will ensure that every touchpoint—from marketing campaigns to events to digital products—reflects the quality and essence of our brand. Additionally, your ability to build web pages in Webflow will allow you to bring your designs to life in a digital space, ensuring seamless, interactive, and visually stunning user experiences.

This fully remote role reports to Jasper’s Creative Director and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.

What You Will Do At Jasper

• Brand Development: Influence the design and evolution of our ever evolving brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual assets and communications. Help implement an upcoming rebrand, working closely with a world-renowned agency.
• Visual Design: Create compelling, high-quality visual design work for digital and print mediums, including web, social media, marketing collateral, presentations, event creative, and more.
• Webflow Design & Development: Design and build responsive, interactive web pages in Webflow, ensuring a seamless user experience that reflects our brand.
• Creative Strategy: Contribute to the creative strategy, providing ideas, insights, and recommendations that drive our brand forward.
• Team-building & Process: Influence the direction and building of a fast-scaling design organization. This would include helping define processes, best practices, and ways of working with our team and others across the organization.
• Communication: Communicate clearly and crisply with leadership stakeholders, driving alignment across multiple teams and organizations through some formal processes and some scrappy ways.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across the company – including product design, marketing, growth, and beyond — to concept and produce design deliverables and campaigns that creatively solve business challenges.
  
  

What You Will Bring To Jasper

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality brand and web design at fast-paced companies, with a focus on problem-solving and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Passionate about web design (especially in Webflow) and capable of producing both web and non-web assets.
• Expertise in web design, A/B testing, optimization, accessibility, and responsive design, with a commitment to continuous learning.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and implementing these into Webflow builds.
• Creative thinker with the ability to bring innovative solutions to life in memorable ways.
• Strong communicator with a strategy-first approach, effectively sharing reasoning and outcomes.
• Known for building trust, collaborating well, and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Strong design sensibilities, able to make quick, intelligent decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate (or eager to become passionate) about AI and machine learning applications.
• Experienced in contributing to and evolving an existing brand and its outputs.
• Experience working with a web team to deliver website-ready.
  
  

Compensation Range

At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected base salary range offered for this role is $159,000 - $187,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
