We at Coforge are hiring Senior Business Analysts with the following skillset:

• Good understanding of CPG industry (Domain areas , Supply chain , Finance P&L, Consumer Promo).
• Solid understanding of business analysis concepts, methods & practices in an information technology environment with CPG experience.
• Experienced in defining data lineage, identifying KPIs, key business metrics required to build domain centric data models.
• Solid understanding of agile delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements & document them at an appropriate level.
• Once agreed then translate these into stories & tasks for development.
• Utilize specialist knowledge and experience of business areas, products, and systems to ensure effective & innovative technical solution design.
• Plan and facilitate requirements elicitation sessions such as workshops & 1-to-1 interviews.
• Conduct system prototype demonstrations to validate requirements.
• Assist the data product manager in facilitating the prioritization of business requirements.
