Optomi, in partnership with a leader in the entertainment industry, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their team. This role demands a seasoned professional capable of delivering immediate value with minimal ramp-up time. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, experience in agile methodologies, and familiarity with Jira and Gherkin syntax.

Experience of the right candidate:

• Proven track record in running agile ceremonies and managing requirements using Jira.
• Ability to write clear and concise user stories and requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in efficiently running meetings and gathering requirements.
• Familiarity with Gherkin syntax is highly desirable.

Responsibilities of the right candidate:

• Provide technical guidance and oversight, leading moderately complex analysis and supporting best practices in business analysis.
• Engage in pre-project problem elicitation, feasibility assessments, and business case development.
• Gather and document business requirements, ensuring they align with strategic goals and are translated into clear, actionable tasks.
• Perform process modeling, including as-is and to-be process designs, and conduct gap analysis.
• Ensure traceability of requirements through testing, collaborating with QA teams and managing UAT processes.
• Support business change management, including tracking benefits, managing releases, and ensuring effective training and stakeholder communication.
