Job Purpose:

The Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst/Developer is responsible for designing, developing and implementing data-driven solutions to support business decisions specifically related to Measurement Based Care. This role involves working closely with Clinical and Quality teams to understand analytical needs and deliver actionable insights through data visualization, reporting and data analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a deep understanding of business processes, measurement-based care, and the ability to translate complex data into clear and meaningful information.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Design and develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources

• Create and maintain dashboards, reports and visualizations using BI tools (PowerBI)

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.


BI Solution Development:

• Work with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new BI solutions and enhancements

• Design and implement data models, databases, and data warehouses to support reporting and analytics needs

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across BI solutions


Project Management:

• Lead and manage Measurement Based Care BI projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to requirements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align BI initiatives with business goals


Performance Optimization:

• Monitor and optimize the performance of BI systems and queries to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing

• Implement best practices for data management, data governance, and BI development

Training and Support:

• Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and solutions

• Develop and maintain documentation for BI processes, standards, and best practices.


Other Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow all AllHealth Network policies and procedures

• Complete all required trainings as listed in Relias Learning (both online training and face-to-face training) within required timelines

• Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education and ability of the employee.


Key Technical Skills and Knowledge:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.


Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a BI Analyst/Developer role

• Proven experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView)

• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)

• Experience with ETL tools and processes

• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools


Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Strong project management skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R is a plus


Salary: $95k - $105k annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks’ total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives as well as a generous benefits package detailed below.
