Senior Business Process Consultant

Job Description

Insight Global is looking to bring on a Business Process Improvement Analyst. The individual will be joining the Business Analytics team and will be responsible for conducting an in-depth review and analysis of current state processes and providing recommendations for business process improvement in real-time production operations. The individual will specialize in analyzing and optimizing organizational processes and bridge the gap between business needs and technology, ensuring efficient workflows.

• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to understand user needs, define problems, and develop specifications.
• Assess the current state of processes, evaluating their strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to enhance quality and reduce errors.
• Quantitatively model business processes to assess the impact of people, tools, and performance.
• Identify bottlenecks and areas for enhancement.
• Focus on streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and aligning business goals with technology.
• Identify new business continuity opportunities for improvement within the organization.
• Translate business plans into process models.
• Document process models using tools like Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).
• Develop process improvement strategies.
• Propose improvements to resolve issues.
• Implement process improvement efforts, from discovery to enhancement.
• Integrate information systems.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in fields such as Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Finance.
• Certifications: Six Sigma required.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications like PMP, ITIL, BPM.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in process analysis, requirements gathering, problem-solving, and change management.
• Experience in process optimization and business process improvement in real-time production operations
