Job Description

  • You will conduct organic and polymer synthesis experiments to develop novel materials with tailored properties.
  • You will be responsible for designing and optimizing reaction conditions utilizing heterogeneous catalysts for polymerization processes.
  • You will investigate the structure-property relationships of polymers to enhance material performance.
  • You will apply advanced mechanistic concepts and synthetic techniques to solve complex chemical challenges.
  • You will be responsible for analyzing experimental data, preparing technical reports, and communicating findings effectively to colleagues and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • You have a M.S. or Ph.D. with organic or synthetic polymer chemistry focus including heterogenous catalysis and polymer characterization.
  • You have 5+ years industrial research experience in polymer synthesis.
  • You have a good understanding of polymer structure-property relationship and applications.
