We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Civil/Structural Engineer. Responsible for planning and coordinating the design of structures for various building types, including commercial, residential, institutional, and industrial. Manage our team to for project development, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Additionally, you will mentor and supervise engineers and Engineers-in-Training (EITs) and oversee the creation of construction documents and administration.
Duties:
- Plan, direct and coordinate the design of structures for commercial, residential, institutional, and industrial buildings.
- Collaborate with the engineering team and studio leader in conceptual development.
- Oversee project organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
- Mentor, supervise, and train engineers and EITs during design and construction.
- Develop and coordinate construction documents.
- Participate in the construction administration of projects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree(s) in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
- Professional Engineering Licensure.
- 5-8+ years of recent related experience in civil or structural engineering.
- Proficiency with Revit, RAM products, RISA, and ETABS.
