Senior Clinical Project Manager

One of our premier biotech clients in the cell therapy space is looking to identify THREE (3) Senior Clinical Project Managers in the Greater Boston Area to join their growing Clinical Operations team.

This company boasts exceptional funding as well as an FDA-recognized breakthrough therapy with the opportunity to benefit a massive patient population, offering tremendous long term upside.

In this position, you would provide direct oversight to the day-to-day cross functional activities of the company’s advanced Phase II and III clinical programs to ensure deliverables are met within timeline, budget, and according to the study operational plan. You will be asked to contribute to protocol design and study documentation, manage patient enrollment metrics, communicate with sites, and manage vendor performance ensuring quality and accountability. Prior global clinical project management experience in a small pharma/biotech environment will be crucial to your success in this position.

With around 150 employees at the company, the right individual for this position will have the appropriate entrepreneurial and positive mindset to fit into the fast-paced and collaborative company culture. Eight (8) or more years of relevant industry experience is required for this position, with at least two (2) years of recent, global clinical project management experience.
