**Brand New Exciting Sr CTM opportunity Remote US**
My client a growing biotech are looking for an experienced Sr CTM to come on and Lead a Cardiology study.
Looking for an ambitious driven individual who enjoys this environment and can drive this internally and working well with the CRO.
This biotech is planning to double in size this year so it is an exciting time ahead in this late stage biotech. Looking to grow from 40 people to around 70-80 throughout the course of 2024.
Sponsor experience, Needs small hands on biotech experience.
Experience required:
- 6+ Years Sr CTM experience
- Experience in oversight of CRO CRA's
- Sr CTM experience in CRO and Sponsor/ Small biotech Required
- Review Monitoring Trip/ Visit Reports
- Creating training and metrics for CRO CRAs
- Ability to travel to co-monitor but also SIVs and ad hoc site visits
