A cutting-edge clinical-stage biotech specializing in oncology and CAR-T therapies, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Trial Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and oversee complex clinical trials in a rapidly advancing field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical trial management, particularly within oncology, and be ready to contribute to groundbreaking work that aims to transform cancer treatment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage clinical trials, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and company standards.
  • Supervise and mentor a cross-functional team, including CRAs, CTAs, and other staff.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth trial operations and resolve issues.
  • Manage trial budgets and resources, oversee contract negotiations, and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in direct clinical trial management, with expertise in oncology.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with a strong grasp of GCP and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in CTMS and relevant software.
