What You’ll Do:
Lead and oversee oncology clinical trials from start-up through close-out
Manage CROs, vendors, and site relationships to ensure high-quality trial execution
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive clinical strategies and milestones
Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements
Manage timelines, budgets, and overall study deliverables
What You Bring:
5+ years of clinical trial management experience, ideally in oncology
Expertise in managing complex, multi-center trials
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, start-up environment
Experience with vendor management and regulatory submissions
