The Role:

We are seeking exceptional talent to fill the role of Senior Consultant – Digital Transformation Practice. This is an independent contractor role with a commitment for a 1-year project. We want to hear from you if you're among the best in your field.


This position offers highly competitive hourly compensation which annualizes to a range of $250K-$350K/year depending on the chosen candidate's experience, qualifications, education, and certifications as well as the candidate’s commitment ability to commit and deliver an effective 40-hours or more billable hours per week.

Project Details: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team for an exciting project. This position will involve collaboration with our client engagement team, including senior management, applications development, business process reengineering, and senior data extraction and transformation developers. The focus of the project is to facilitate a client's digital transformation journey, implementing leading enterprise software systems and optimizing business processes.


Job Function:

  • Lead and/or manage digital transformation projects.
  • Design and document business processes.
  • Implement enterprise software systems.
  • Develop and deliver end-user training on new business processes and/or related enterprise software systems.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of digital transformation strategies.
  • Expertise in enterprise software systems such as SAP ERP/Finance/SCM, Oracle EBS or Fusion ERP/Finance/HCM, Microsoft Dynamics GL, Workday Finance or HCM, Elite 3E Practice Management System, etc.
  • Proficient in business process design and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven success developing and delivering highly customized training programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Project management skills, including solid understanding of Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
  • 8+ years of digital transformation and enterprise software implementation experience.
  • Proficiency in business process design and documentation.
  • Client-facing consultancy experience.
  • Fluent command of the English language.


Work Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in digital transformation projects.
  • Proven experience with enterprise software implementation.
  • Experience in business process reengineering.
  • Experience in conducting end-user training sessions.
  • Client-facing consultancy experience is essential.
  • Experience in working with top-tier consulting firms is preferred.


Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent are highly desirable.


Location: Remote with up to 35% travel for occasional onsite client meetings in the US.
