Job Overview

Rightworks has been decades in the making. And now, with our recent rebrand, we’re at the start of something new. In 2024, our team is looking to bring the Rightworks brand to life in new ways and new channels. That’s why our Creative Team is looking for a Senior Copywriter.

As the primary copywriter for brand & conversion-focused projects (e.g. website, display and social ads, email campaigns, and video campaigns), you will be responsible for projects that help build and grow our brand—and ultimately, drive sales leads and conversions.

This is a remote position, though preference will be given to candidates based in the Greater Boston and Southern New Hampshire areas with the potential for hybrid work in our Nashua, NH office.

About The Role

Our in-house agency is looking for a Senior Copywriter to come in and hit the ground running. Reporting to our Sr. Manager of Content, you will:

• Concept and write copy for all prospect- and customer-facing marketing, including website, email campaigns, banner ads, videos, sales collateral, and more
• Partner with designers to craft campaigns that are on brand and on strategy
• Collaborate with marketing leads, corporate communications and content writers to foster the creation of top-performing copy (e.g., headlines, landing pages, PR-facing promotions)
• Regularly solicit feedback from key requestors in order to adapt messaging accordingly and in a timely manner
• Monitor materials through pre- and post-production to measure and evaluate success
  
  

About You

• 7-10 years of copywriting experience (no content or UX writers, please)
• Internal creative team experience is required; agency experience is a plus
• Experience executing creative campaigns across the entire marketing funnel, with a focus on digital
• Portfolio that shows a range of campaigns, including:
• Digital campaigns: Email promotions, banner ads, social ads, websites, etc
• Media campaigns: Scripting for both animated videos (e.g. product teasers and explainers and live-action videos (e.g. customer testimonials)
• Ability to take a B2B message and humanize it through your words & tone of voice
• Comfortable taking the lead in strategy & messaging discussions with internal marketing clients
