About The Role

Are you passionate about ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction? As a Senior Customer Supply Chain Account Manager, you will be the go-to person for managing the entire order fulfillment cycle from the initial request for a quote through to delivery. Your role is essential in integrating customer management with supply chain operations, ensuring that every order meets customer requirements and our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Be the voice of the customer, leading and prioritizing initiatives to enhance their experience.

Manage projects and collaborate across various functions: planning, engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, shipping, quality, and more to ensure products are delivered on time and with top-notch quality.

Drive key performance indicators and customer success initiatives to ensure positive relationships and superior service.

Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing internal and external requests.

Handle complex customer interactions with ease and efficiency.

Process requests for quotes and initiate order placements.

Manage customer change requests and review open order reports.

Investigate and resolve issues related to new orders, shipments, materials, and billing.

Maintain accurate customer records and databases.

Coordinate sales opportunities within current or new customers with strategic account directors.

Review sales contracts for viability and suggest negotiation strategies.

Support the Customer Service/Order Entry team to ensure timely and accurate order entries.

Communicate monthly sales and customer forecasts to the finance department.

Manage schedule changes to maintain on-time delivery, working closely with the planning department to adjust manufacturing schedules as needed.

Evaluate and quickly solve issues, even those outside standard procedures, to avoid critical delays and maintain excellent customer service.

Requirements / Skills

Minimum 4-year degree in Supply Chain, Project Management, Business Management, Communications, or related field.

Or minimum 10 years of experience as an Account/Program Manager in a heavy operations and customer service-oriented field.

Strong understanding of manufacturing and operations.

Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Effective communicator, both written and oral.

Basic project management skills.

Strong sense of ownership and urgency, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional Presentation Skills And Active Listening Abilities.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Onsite presence required to interact with various functions throughout the company regularly.
