About The Role
As a Senior Customer Supply Chain Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end order fulfillment cycle for our valued customers. You'll serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless coordination between our operational teams and customer needs. This dynamic position integrates customer management with supply chain operations to drive excellence in service and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Champion customer needs and lead strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
Coordinate across departments (planning, engineering, manufacturing, etc.) to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer success initiatives to elevate service levels.
Provide exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues promptly and effectively.
Manage quoting, order placement, and order change processes.
Maintain accurate customer records and databases.
Collaborate on sales opportunities with Strategic Account Directors.
Assist with sales contract reviews and negotiation strategies.
Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales targets.
Adjust schedules and commitments to maintain on-time delivery metrics.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, making sound decisions to support operational goals.
Requirements / Skills
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Project Management, Business Management, or related field OR equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years of experience as an Account/Program Manager in contract manufacturing.
Strong understanding of manufacturing and operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic project management abilities.
Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Excellent presentation and active listening skills.
Onsite position requiring regular interaction with cross-functional teams.
