About The Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer accounts within our dynamic manufacturing environment. You will serve as the primary liaison between our company and our valued customers, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and exceptional service delivery. This role integrates customer relationship management with supply chain operations to uphold our commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Champion the voice of the customer, leading strategic initiatives and ensuring their priorities are met effectively.

Project manage deliverables across multiple functions including planning, engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, shipping, quality, and more, to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.

Drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer success initiatives, enhancing overall customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Provide outstanding customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and complex issues to maintain strong client relationships.

Coordinate quoting processes, order placements, and manage customer change requests efficiently.

Investigate and resolve issues related to orders, product shipments, material discrepancies, and billing queries.

Maintain accurate customer records and databases, utilizing relevant portals/platforms as required.

Collaborate with Strategic Account Directors on sales opportunities within existing and prospective customer accounts.

Assist in reviewing sales contracts and contribute to negotiation strategies where applicable.

Support the Customer Service/Order Entry team as needed to ensure accurate and timely order processing.

Communicate monthly sales forecasts and targets to the finance department.

Manage schedule changes to meet on-time delivery metrics, coordinating closely with the Planning department for manufacturing adjustments.

Adhere to company policies and procedures while demonstrating agility in decision-making to resolve unforeseen challenges promptly.

Requirements / Skills

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Project Management, Business Management, Communications, or equivalent experience.

Minimum 10 years of experience as an Account/Program Manager in a contract manufacturing or similarly operations-focused environment.

Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and processes.

Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite; adept at data analysis and reporting.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation abilities.

Basic project management skills with a keen sense of ownership and urgency.

Effective problem-solving capabilities, able to navigate complex challenges efficiently.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Must be onsite; remote work is not available for this role.
