Your role as a Senior Data Analyst, Quality

To excel in the role of Senior Data Analyst, Quality at VillageCare, candidates must possess a master's degree and 3-6 years of healthcare experience, coupled with 4-6 years of analytical expertise. A deep understanding of the health care industry, particularly in Managed Care, is highly desirable. Proficiency in working with quality-related data sources such as HEDIS, QARR, Star Measures, New York State Quality Incentive Measures, CAHPS, and HOS is preferred, along with familiarity with clinical, enrollment, cost, reimbursement, and utilization data.

Strong skills in utilizing data management systems to extract and analyze information, along with effective communication abilities, are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, critical thinking skills, the ability to work autonomously or collaboratively, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
