We're looking for a talented Senior Analyst, Data Strategy & Analytics to join our team. In this role, you'll partner with our Data Strategy & Analytics leader to shape and execute our data analytics strategy. Your work will be crucial in driving insights that support data-informed decisions and optimize our internal operations. By leveraging our extensive datasets, you'll help uncover actionable insights, streamline processes, and contribute to the evolution of our product offerings.
In This Role, You'll
Collaborate on defining and implementing a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with our business goals. Identify key metrics, data sources, and analytical techniques to enhance decision-making and business performance.
Establish and uphold data governance policies to ensure accuracy, reliability, and security of data.
Work with cross-functional teams to standardize data definitions and maintain data integrity.
Serve as a liaison between engineering and business/product stakeholders.
Own and manage the analytics roadmap, ensuring it meets our strategic objectives.
Design, develop, and deliver insightful analytics and reporting dashboards that provide actionable insights for executives, product managers, and operations teams.
Champion a user-centric approach by gathering feedback and iterating on features to enhance the user experience of our analytics platform.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, presenting findings, recommendations, and progress updates in a clear and compelling manner to facilitate informed decision-making.
You Might Be a Great Fit If You
Hold a Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field and have 5+ years of experience as an analyst in a SaaS environment, focusing on data analytics or business intelligence.
Have a strong understanding of data analytics technologies, methodologies, and tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI/Fabric, predictive analytics).
Possess excellent business analysis and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
Are comfortable working at both strategic and tactical levels, with a hands-on approach to building reports.
Thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy building processes and structures from the ground up.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Have a proven track record of successfully managing products throughout their lifecycle, from ideation to delivery and ongoing iteration.

Relevant professional certifications.
Experience in the PropTech or real estate industry, with an understanding of industry-specific data requirements and challenges.
What We Offer
This is a remote role based in the US, with a preference for candidates in Washington state.
A competitive base salary ranging from \(115,000 to \)130,000 per year, plus financial incentives including stock options.
