Cititec Talent has partnered with a global commodities firm seeking a hands-on Data Lead to join their cutting-edge technology team. In this role, you will manage extensive market, pricing, and trade data to drive efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee data management, strategy development, and ensure data quality and governance
Spearheading the creation and implementation of comprehensive data strategies and management frameworks, leveraging insights for effective impact
Evaluate, recommend, and implement modern technology platforms and tools for data governance, observability, quality checks, validation, and cataloguing
Integrate data governance solutions within the existing infrastructure
Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance through robust governance frameworks
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years in data governance and management, ideally involving market data, pricing, and trading data
Hands-on experience with modern data governance platforms, cloud technologies, and data tools, including data cataloguing tools like Collibra and Atlan
Knowledge of data observability tools such as SODA, Monte Carlo, or similar
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
