You Are
The Senior Director of Delivery will oversee the UST BFS practice leading a team of Delivery Managers across multiple accounts. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding, mentoring, and ensuring a uniform delivery experience for various initiatives within the Telecom practice. As the Director of Delivery, you will drive digital transformation and teams focused on service improvements. You are a leader of innovative ideas for clients beyond standard delivery for all types of engagements!

The Opportunity
- Lead and mentor a team fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. - Guide best practices, ensuring the development of strong leadership.
- Own and drive customer satisfaction through effective delivery management. - Measure performance based on customer feedback, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Take ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the BFS Practice, driving financial success. - Implement cost optimization strategies while maintaining service excellence.
- Review, validate, and verify project proposals originating from the Telco Cluster, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing transparent and insightful updates on delivery status and challenges.
- Establish and manage the overall client relationship with key decision makers.
- Establish and build "trust" and leveraging client context by understanding client's overall business goals.
- Contribute to new business development efforts, partnering with sales teams, to enhance and broaden the relationship in existing clients, and to create new logos within the vertical, as well as scaling & growing existing logos.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least 15 years of experience with an Information Technology focus
- At least 10 years of recent hands-on experience leading delivery and teams for digital transformation projects.
- Comfortable with presenting to C-level executives, senior leaders, and technology leaders because you know you are persuasive and influential.
- You have an MBA or Master’s degree
