- On-site in Charlotte, NC
- Travel up to 25%
- Create comprehensive brand strategy for a client in this hospitality space, managing rollout of new brand design, standards, material selections, and franchise relations.
- Ensure designs deliver optimal experiences to guests, working with franchisees for guest feedback.
- Project Management - manage architecture and design projects, acting as liaison between architects, interior designers, vendors, franchisees, and executive leadership.
- Continuously keeps up to date on industry developments and opportunities; understands market conditions impacting hotel financial performance and returns.
- 5+ years of experience in a major Hotel Company, Architecture Firm, and/or Interior Design Firm
- Degree or advanced licenses in architecture and/or interior design preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills - ability to build rapport and manage relationships with franchisees, architects, design firms, and executive leaders to meet business goals.
- Project Management skills - ability to delegate tasks, provide status updates, and work towards deadlines effectively.
