Leadership And Strategic Planning
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to achieve property goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to enhance the service levels.
- Collaborate with client and senior management to define the vision, and strategic goals.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all areas ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and guidelines to optimize performance and ensure health & safety of team members and 3rd party partners.
- Monitor property performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control measures to achieve financial targets.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Build and lead a high-performing team by hiring, training, mentoring, and motivating employees.
- Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and encourage professional development.
- Set performance objectives, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide feedback.
- Ensure tenants are adhering and compliant to their lease terms and the building rules and regulations
- Establish and manage regular and ad-hoc communication with tenants
- Coordinate and deliver on all building events and programming
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with the client, tenants, service providers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Represent the property in industry events, conferences, and community development activities.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges that may impact the property's success.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
- Implement effective risk management strategies to protect the property's interests.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar senior management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent strategic planning and business acumen.
- Solid understanding of operational processes, financial management, and risk assessment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make informed decisions under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
