Spreetail is hiring a Senior Director, Fulfillment Center Operations to join our Supply Chain team. In this role you'll lead and shape the future of our expansive fulfillment center network. If you're a seasoned leader with a passion for driving operational excellence and optimizing supply chain performance, this role is your opportunity to make a significant impact. We're seeking an innovative thinker who can spearhead strategic initiatives, foster collaboration across teams, and ensure the seamless execution of our fulfillment operations.

How You Will Acheive Success

  • Be accountable for the safety culture, conditions, and performance of the Spreetail fulfillment center network.
  • Take charge in prioritizing customer and brand experience within our fulfillment centers and across the organization. Your role will be pivotal in fostering strong relationships, instilling vision, and developing top-tier fulfillment operations aligned with Spreetail's mission
  • Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to the fulfillment center leadership team to successfully and effectively accomplish operational goals and attain optimum performance levels.
  • Lead planning and execution for seasonal peaks and ramps including the successful management and onboarding of Team Members that focuses on SPREE (Safety, Performance, Reliability, Effort, and Education)
  • Accountable for the overall financial performance of the fulfillment center network; plays a critical role in the development of budgets, monitors performance, and ensures goal attainment.

What Experiences Will Help You In This Role

  • MUST have multi-site ecommerce distribution/fulfillment center experience.
  • 7-10 years of management or leadership experience.
  • Deep commitment and successful experience in leading safety is required.
  • Excellent people leadership and communication skills (verbal and written) are required.
  • Proven record of leading positive change is required.

$150,000 - $245,000 a year

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $150,000/year to $245,000/year. Pay is based on a number of factors including geographic market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Spreetail is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
