Your Impact to the role:

  • Develop the NA eCommerce brand and commercial strategy and ensure programming supports the global brand strategy and contributes to online growth.
  • Oversee the NA eCommerce P&L driving top-line and bottom-line targets while managing key operational metrics to deliver the operational profit.
  • Manage the mix of business, category growth, and merchandising to deliver commercial goals.
  • Have a deep understanding of the online consumer journey, commercial drivers, UX, and metrics to drive the business.
  • Lead the NA Omnichannel loyalty program from awareness to acquisition, loyalty, and win back.
  • Partner with the Global eCommerce performance channel leader and the global brand media team to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across the website.
  • Manage and drive the eRetailer business across the region with close partnership with the NA trade leadership team.
  • Manage all aspects of eCommerce NA operations, from fulfillment to customer service.
  • Lead and mentor a team of six in delivering against all of the above, and coaching and developing each of them to excel in their roles.

  • Optimize the region reach target KPIs through data-drive improvements across all stages of customer journey, partner closely with key subject matter experts and teams to achieve goals
  • Step-change the region’s customer experience and client excellence
  • Enhance the region’s operational efficiency from refined supply chain, logistics, etc.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position on average of 7.5 hours/day.
  • Light to moderate lifting may be required.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, and operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.

  • 12+Years of Experience Required in E-Commerce

You are:

  • Advanced in Required Software Knowledge: MS Suite

  • Manage E-Commerce department across varying disciplines

  • Proven Project Management Skills
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Proactively make recommendations on process improvement and new ways of working

The salary range for this role is $185,000 - $210,000 USD.
