You will oversee all clinical programs and initiatives within the organization, providing clinical oversight to the VP of Clinical Operations and the VP of Clinical Excellence. This role includes meeting with potential clients to present the company’s programs, developing strong Quality Assurance processes for each initiative, and engaging in data analytics. You will work closely with other non-clinical leadership team members and report directly to the Chief Medical Officer.
Qualifications
Credential: NP, PA, RN
Board Certified
Strong leadership skills and experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in government relations, community relations, corporate affairs, public relations, public policy, or non-profit executive leadership, preferably within healthcare organizations
Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Outstanding strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities; capable of conceptualizing solutions and organizing implementation
Strong knowledge of the policy-making environment in New York State and its intersection with not-for-profit organizations
