The Opportunity


Premier Group is currently recruiting an accomplished and ambitious Product Leader on behalf of our client a leading provider of leading provider of software and solutions to the revenue cycle management (RCM) and Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) markets.


Our client's innovative platform empowers a significant portion of the largest hospital networks in the US, managing c$50 billion in receivable revenue.


This position is fully remote, and suitable candidates based within the continental US are invited to apply.


About the Role:


The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and implementing the overall SaaS product vision, strategy and product management for an in-house platform, by carefully evaluating the market and customer requirements.


The Senior Director of Product Management will be a critical player in the organizations SaaS transformation journey, using data to solve customers problems within the Third-Party Revenue Cycle Management space by developing a best-in-class customer centric roadmap focused on user experience, innovation, and competitive advantage.


Responsibilities will include:


  • Lead the Development and Evolution of the Product Vision and Roadmap: Spearhead the creation of new functionalities and services that significantly expand market reach, ensuring a seamless, secure, and reliable experience for the organizations' customers.
  • Act as the Primary Product Voice Across the Organization: Collaborate cross-functionally with go-to-market teams and advocate for product innovations that align with and drive long-term strategic objectives.
  • Gain Deep Market Insights: Engage directly with customers to understand the RCM market, gathering and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to build products that offer a unique value proposition and strong ROI for customers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Teams: Work closely with these teams to redefine and enhance SaaS platform capabilities that drive ROI and meet key performance indicators.
  • Bridge the Gap Between Technical and Business Stakeholders: Navigate technical requirements with ease, while effectively communicating complex concepts to all business stakeholders.
  • Oversee Product Releases and Performance: Partner with engineering teams to ensure new features and capabilities meet or exceed quality targets, delivering exceptional product performance.
  • Champion the 'Design for Delight' Philosophy: Lead efforts to provide a best-in-class user experience, helping users achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Foster Strong Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain highly effective working relationships with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and success metrics.


About You:


  • Extensive Product Management Experience: Proven track record in leading and delivering complex technology products successfully.
  • Strong Leadership Capabilities: Experienced in leading a small internal team (2-4 Product Managers) and engaging with executive teams of end clients, fostering collaboration and alignment.
  • Expertise in Digital Transformation: Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation initiatives, including the transition from On-Prem to SaaS solutions, utilizing technology to innovate, streamline processes, enhance customer experiences, and achieve measurable business growth.
  • In-Depth Knowledge of SaaS Technology: Strong understanding and experience in software technology related to SaaS workflow and payment solutions.
  • Revenue Optimization Expertise: Skilled at identifying, recommending, and positioning products to maximize revenue potential.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Excellent ability to develop insights, form judgments, and make informed decisions based on available data.
  • Adaptability and Strategic Creativity: High tolerance for ambiguity and change, with a creative approach to strategy and execution, always seeking to improve the status quo.
  • Solution-Oriented and Detail-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to maintain a solution-oriented mindset, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and disciplined execution.
  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, complemented by strong people skills.
  • Educational Background: A BS or BA degree is required, preferably in Software Engineering or Business; an MBA is preferred.
