We are excited to announce our search for a Senior Director / VP of Global TV Sales to lead our HSN, QVC, and TSC (collectively referred to as “TV”) accounts, with a focus on sale strategy, execution, and managing day-to-day relationships.

Position Working Requirements:
- Office status: remote in an approved location
- Working hours: M-F, days. Nights and weekends as needed.
- Travel: up to 25% travel to West Chester, PA, Tampa, FL, and Toronto, Canada
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute omni-channel TV sales strategies that align with our business goals and drive growth while supporting top and bottom-line financial goals. Lead and inspire sales and talent teams to meet and exceed goals.
Account Leadership and Relationship-Building
- Manage and build a strong and collaborative relationship with TV accounts in alignment with both Beekman 1802 and the account’s goals and objectives.
- Drive TV revenue and profit goals, while supporting omni-channel sales plans.
- Be Beekman 1802’s advocate in conversations in product positioning, placement, and broadcasting.
- Identify risks and opportunities to plan and propose and execute innovative solutions.
Channel Marketing Leadership
- In partnership with internal and external teams, manage 360 omnichannel marketing, including digital, media and social strategy and sampling, optimizing key levers and being best-in-class partners.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to build new go-to-market strategies and 360 support elements to maximize launches
- Partner with accounts and internal teams to identify customer trends and
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Problem Solving:
- Develop and manage the budget and forecast, ensuring financial targets are met
- Develop collaborative cross-functional relationships with other departments, such as operations, creative, marketing, other sales channels, and finance, to support of key business objectives
- Partner with internal planner to develop and communicate detailed plans. Effectively communicate plans with cross-channel partners
Team Development:
- Develop a high-performing sales team. Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and results-driven mindset.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of industry experience, and 5+ years of sales leadership experience in TV sales
- Strong leadership experience, with the ability and willingness to be both coach and player
- Proven and developed relationships with both HSN and QVC
- Experience to drive strong revenue and profitability to fuel growth
- Experience in a high growth business
- Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking with an ability to synthetize and analyze data
- Impeccable project management, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft suite with advanced knowledge of Excel
- Passion for kindness, beauty, and skincare

We offer holistic total rewards, including comprehensive healthcare plans, parental leave, flexible working arrangements (such as remote work), and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match. Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, and prior relevant experience. The base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $220,000, depending on skills and experience levels.
