As a vital part of our operation, you will oversee the movement of our products, from raw materials to finished treatments, ensuring they reach their destinations safely and efficiently. Your role will also involve selecting and managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers to support our global reach, developing accurate distribution forecasts, optimizing processes, and collaborating with colleagues across various departments.
Responsibilities
Oversee the movement of products throughout the supply chain.
Select and manage 3PL partners for effective pharmaceutical launches.
Develop and maintain accurate distribution forecasts for timely deliveries.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with teams from clinical operations to regulatory affairs.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in science or business (Master’s degree is a plus).
At least 8 years of experience in supply chain operations, with 3 years in leadership roles within pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
Proven experience in managing 3PL partners.
Strong understanding of complex international regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Bonus Points
