Job Description:

App-Ark is seeking creative people with a desire to work in international education to join our team. As an Education Consultant, you will help students build stronger self-confidence and more colorful self-expression throughout their application process. Your work will help them set up their lives for success during and beyond university in the United States, United Kingdom, and other destinations around the world. In addition to one-on-one mentorship, you will also have opportunities to join collaborative projects, present at marketing events, and lead student workshops.

As a Senior Education Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Individually mentor students for academic and personal development
• Brainstorm essay topics, edit and finalize student essay drafts, and train students for interviews
• Collaborate with teammates to mutually review student cases
• Design and coordinate courses and workshops

From developing new education services to experimenting with more effective teamwork structures, each of us plays an essential role in the company's growth. App-Ark is built upon the drive and dedication of our team.

Job Requirements:

• A positive attitude for guiding students of all goals and backgrounds
• Native-level command of English
• Chinese proficiency is not required, but it is a plus
• B.A. or B.S. from an accredited university or college
• 2+ years of experience in education consulting
• Conflict resolution skills and the maturity to give and receive constructive criticism
• Be engaging & interesting
