Description

As Senior Enterprise Product Solutions Manager, you play a critical role in the innovation, design, and delivery of improvements to business functions and the internal technology stack in support of eMoney strategic objectives. This hands-on role focuses on continual optimization of all aspects of the technical Enterprise ecosystem to improve the Client experience, Business User experience, Data and Analysis capabilities, and technical and functional scalability of our operations. Through deep understanding of cross-functional operations along with systems knowledge you will cultivate and lead the execution of the strategic roadmap.

To be successful, you will actively engage with stakeholders and internal customers to anticipate needs, represent industry best practices, and identify quantifiable opportunities for improvement. Once opportunities for innovation or enhancement are defined and prioritized, the Senior Product Manager will steer the initiative through the entire product lifecycle: refining the business case, defining architectural design options, eliciting, analyzing, and documenting detailed functional and technical requirements, and partnering with the Product Owner throughout the development lifecycle. With subject matter expertise and the ability to foster teams, you will create and lead working groups that bring together diverse skill sets and business perspectives, generating and maintaining alignment throughout, and ensuring readiness for and adoption of change. Strong, ongoing stakeholder communication and continual alignment with the company’s overarching business strategy and goals will maximize value delivery.

In addition to leading initiatives, the Senior Enterprise Product Solutions Manager will be a trusted advisor, bringing strategic perspective, comprehensive guidance, and effective project management that represents shared priorities, mitigates risk and capitalizes on opportunities for collaboration and economies of scale. You will also develop partnerships and strong working relationships with vendors, business owners, peers, and members of the Enterprise Solutions. The Senior Enterprise Product Solutions Manager will serve as the internal advocate for the product offering, defining and fine-tuning the Enterprise Solutions Roadmap, and are ultimately accountable for determining organizational readiness, evangelizing solutions, building adoption, and promoting the effective use of data, information, and technology to inform decisions across business and technology groups, helping teams understand the product’s value and the steps you are taking to drive strategic organizational objectives.

Job Description

  • Through the cultivation of relationships, deep listening and understanding, drive the development of an Enterprise Solutions Roadmap that aligns with strategic objectives, refining and building processes that optimize client and user experiences while enhancing data capture in collaboration with leadership and wider cross-functional teams
  • Synthesize disparate needs across the company into a unified vision for an internal technology stack that maximizes the revenue-generating capabilities of every department and business team and act as the primary evangelist for your product and vision
  • Lead and influence solution design related to prioritized initiatives and Features (inclusive of Go to Market) through the application of technical and operational subject matter expertise, best practices, and finance and technology thought leadership
  • Lead the partnership with the Enterprise Product Solutions Owner for ongoing prioritization, refinement, communication, and delivery of high value-add product features
  • Manage cross functional stakeholder and development team expectations throughout the Feature lifecycle: design and documentation of business requirements, reporting and data needs, workflows, use cases, complex user story mapping, testing, training, and rollout
  • Ensure successful solution delivery by exploring and documenting options, working together with development teams and stakeholders, and making recommendations which may include tool implementations, workflow automation, process engineering, and/or system modifications
  • Represent stakeholder interests in cross-functional teams to build economies of scale, tighter integrations, improved handoffs, timely data sharing, and greater overall cohesion across functional areas
  • Strategically team with the Data and Analytics program in driving priorities to discern patterns, identify areas for improvement, data gaps, and opportunities and execute initiatives that support the growth and maturity of the relevant business functions
  • Create and maintain a communications cadence that provides stakeholders with key updates on milestones and progression of Initiatives and Features, inclusive of analysis, design, development, testing, and release planning
  • Build deep understanding of complex and/or competing business needs with the ability to translate into functional requirements
  • Facilitate collaboration between operations teams, business owners, end users and the Enterprise Solutions team to build and manage the Initiative and Feature backlog through delivery while communicating priorities, risks, and timelines
  • Write functional test cases and work with Quality Assurance in carrying out and determining best practices for auditing and testing activities
  • Develop systems subject matter expertise through management of vendor relationships, product ownership, and application administration
  • Manage and run production readiness activities to ensure successful adoption of solutions through User Acceptance Testing, customer feedback and measurement of KPIs


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 6+ years of Business Analysis or Solutions Architect experience, preferably in a SaaS environment and/or in the financial services/fintech industry
  • Salesforce/CRM, Zuora/ERP, and/or Marketing Automation Platform experience

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to resolve conflicting end-user requirements and competing priorities

  • Capable of articulating key business needs and identifying growth opportunities, translating findings for technical and non-technical audiences

  • Top notch analytical, problem solving, organizational and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to both work within existing business improvements, as well as envision and design improved processes


The salary range for this position is $129,000 - $169,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise.
