SENIOR ESTIMATOR - Commercial & Industrial Construction

We are seeking a talented Senior Estimator to assist our team with the preconstruction, estimating, take off and value engineering of a variety of projects in the commercial & industrial sectors. We have built projects all over the greater Midwest area and have a great backlog of work in 2024, 2025 and 2026.
Responsibilities include:
Estimating conceptual designs, schematic designs (SD), Design Development (DD) and Construction Documents (CD)
Review project documents in detail, including plans and specifications
Quantity take-offs
Outreach and engage subcontractors and suppliers for projects
Provide Value Engineering as needed
Buy-out project including contract writing and cost coding
Projects include: Commercial & Industrial valued between $15M - $500M.
