Senior Financial Analyst

What does a successful Senior Financial Analyst do at Fiserv?

You will provide key support to drive the direction of the Clover Product and recommend processes and initiative to drive financial profitability for the long term. You will prepare financial and operational related forecasting and analysis working alongside the Finance Leadership Team. You will provide insight to our internal clients through creative and thoughtful analysis and reporting.

What you will do:

· Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making.

· Lead the annual budgeting process and develop quarterly forecast and running KPIs. Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

· Prepare and present detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial reports. Proficient in PowerBI, Palantir, and data consolidation

· Analyze key financial and operational metrics to identify trends, risk, and opportunities. Develop and implement performance monitoring tools and dashboards.

· Participate in business case initiatives, identifying pricing strategies and projected revenue opportunities to support overall Clover Products growth.

What you will need to have:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field or an equivalent combination of military, education and work experience

· 3+ years financial analysis (budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis processes) and reporting

· 3+ years experience analyzing large amount of data

What would be great to have:

· MBA Degree

· CFA, CPA preferred

· Proficiency with MS Excel

· Proficiency with Power BI

· Proficiency with SAP, SAP Business Analyzer, and SAP Business Planning and Consolidation
