Senior Financial Analyst

The Keller Group is seeking a driven Senior Financial Analyst to join one of our top clients who is growing its FP&A function. This individual will contribute to a growing, nationally recognized organization and will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders.

Our client is looking for a highly analytical individual who can effectively communicate with internal leadership and support a growing division within the organization. This is an amazing opportunity for an individual with 4 + years of previous Financial Analyst experience hoping to take the next step in their career and immediately contribute to a successful team.

Senior Financial Analyst Job Duties:

• Support financial and performance monitoring across departments
• Forecast different scenarios and ways to deal with each potential outcome
• Support preparation of financial models
• Perform variance analysis of actual versus forecast and reconciliation of accounts
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and be able to present to higher level leadership
• Help drive key insights and analytics
• Identify positive and negative trends and their effect on overall financial and company performance
• Effectively collaborate and communicate with operational leadership

Senior Financial Analyst Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 4+ years in financial analysis role required
• Advanced Excel skills (V-lookups, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Multi entity experience highly preferred
• Previous experience supporting C Suite leadership
• Sharp interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate with a variety of leadership
• Self-driven and effective problem solving skills
• Positive, upbeat personality - eager to contribute
