Your Role

This individual should be passionate about typography, color, printing techniques and exceptional design. Under the Senior Design Manager, he/she will creatively elevate customers experience by concepting and executing on brand assets, maintaining a consistent branding point of view with a focus on print.


This role will be primarily remote, but applicants should be local to DFW to attend press checks, meetings with the local printer, etc.


What You’ll Do

• Develop designs for brand content and translate objectives into concept and execution stages.

• Ensure brand-right tone to provide a seamless multi-channel marketing execution.

• Drive innovative ideas for brand & encourage others to do so.

• Partner with peers to align campaigns and creative needs.

• Partner with Managers & Directors to execute brand right executions.

• Self-manage creative outputs for day-to-day duties and long-term strategy.

• Review work, troubleshoot and provide helpful feedback to creative teams in partnership with Senior Design Manager.

• Responsible for meeting expectations in daily work management as well as future creative strategy management.

• Responsible for meeting all deadlines, project strategy timelines and prioritizing workload.

• Gather feedback, provide input, and communicate discussions with merchant and marketing teams.


What You Bring

• Minimum of five years experience in graphic design.

• Excellent design eye within typography, paper, printing techniques, color & layout.

• Print background required & Web Design background preferred. eCommerce experience preferred. Fashion focused portfolio preferred.

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator). Experience in Figma a plus.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to communicate clearly and quickly to a wide audience of stakeholders and situations.

• Ability to successfully multitask and prioritize among running projects.

• Capacity to work independently, self-manage, and as part of a team.

• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Must be able to problem-solve, such as analyze data and provide feedback on how to maximize business objectives.


Expectations of the Role

• Create on brand graphic designs to support marketing campaigns and deliver on the briefs given for the job.

• Deadlines are expected to be met or communicated when not manageable.

• Clear understanding of day to day work within the channel.

• Aids in creation of internal resources (decks, upkeep of library of assets, upkeep with competition).
