Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our SaaS product marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging content across various platforms, including blog content, to promote our software products and drive customer acquisition and retention. Additionally, you will leverage emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), to scale our marketing efforts and enhance efficiency. We are looking for a self-motivated, creative Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor who is passionate about building and growing a brand.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality content, including videos, graphics, presentations, email campaigns, social media posts, blog articles, and other marketing collaterals, to effectively communicate our product features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Video and Podcast Production: Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit professional-grade videos for product demonstrations, tutorials, case studies, podcasts and promotional campaigns, utilizing advanced video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut) and techniques.
  • Copywriting: Craft persuasive and engaging copy for various marketing materials, including website content, product descriptions, email campaigns, social media posts, whitepapers, case studies and blog articles, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and messaging.
  • Graphic Design: Design visually appealing graphics, infographics, and other visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva to support marketing campaigns and enhance the overall brand experience.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, and manage our social media presence across multiple

platforms to build brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive traffic to our website.

  • Blog Content Strategy and Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive blog content strategy aligned with the company's marketing objectives. Plan and manage an editorial calendar, ideate compelling topics, and create high-quality, SEO-optimized blog posts to drive organic traffic, establish thought leadership, and nurture leads.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to align content creation efforts with overall business objectives, product roadmaps, and customer needs.
  • Analytics and Optimization: Analyze and interpret data from various sources to measure the effectiveness of content campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and optimize content strategies accordingly.
  • AI and Emerging Technologies: Explore and implement AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to streamline content creation processes, automate repetitive tasks, and scale marketing efforts efficiently.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in content marketing, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance our marketing strategies and improve efficiency.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • BA degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Media, Marketing or similar preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation, video production, copywriting, graphic design, and blog content management, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Experience using HubSpot Marketing or with CRM.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and video editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and storytelling techniques.
  • Demonstrated success in building brands. Ability to share a portfolio of projects you are proud of.
  • Proven ability to create visually appealing and engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing strategies, social media platforms, digital marketing best practices, and SEO principles.
  • Experience with AI-powered tools and emerging technologies in the marketing domain (e.g., natural language processing, computer vision, automation).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.
  • Bonus if you have experience with photography


Salary Range:

  • $75k- $100k per year, depending on the candidate's experience, skills, and location. Competitive benefits package included.
