Purpose

  • We are looking for a Senior Group Manager, Global Executive Talent Acquisition, to lead our executive recruitment efforts worldwide. This role requires a seasoned expert in global executive recruiting and stakeholder engagement, tasked with driving strategic and confidential talent pursuits to successful completions. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive networks, tools, and strategies to achieve optimal outcomes and recruit top-tier executive leaders for our organization.

Major Responsibilities

  • Guide and support executives throughout the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and effective experience.
  • Effectively communicate with and influence key stakeholders across the organization to align executive hiring with strategic goals.
  • Provide strategic direction in candidate pursuit, utilizing deep market knowledge and recruitment expertise.
  • Build and manage a team of global talent researchers and sourcers dedicated to identifying and attracting executive talent.
  • Execute recruitment of top-tier executive leaders globally, maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Conduct executive top talent benchmarking and produce intelligence reporting to inform decision-making.
  • Manage search projects with prioritization, ensuring timely progress and adherence to strategic objectives.
  • Develop and leverage executive talent maps to visualize and plan talent engagement strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and reporting requirements related to executive recruitment.

~ Master’s degree a plus

Related Experience

  • Ten or more years of experience in executive-level Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of success.
  • Three or more years of supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Domain experience in Automotive, Industrial Robotics, Semiconductor, Aeronautical, or Big Tech industries is highly desirable.

Skills/Knowledge

  • Exceptionally proficient in marketing and sales skills to effectively promote opportunities and engage candidates.
  • Advanced networking and network management skills, with a high personal brand recognition in the recruiting community.
  • Exceptionally talented in stakeholder engagement, able to build trust and cooperation across high-level internal and external contacts.
  • Expertise in talent research and the creation of detailed talent maps.
  • Skilled in executive talent outreach and communication, ensuring engagement and interest from top candidates.
  • Highly driven to track, report, and analyze recruiting activity to optimize strategies and outcomes.
  • Exceptional customer service skills tailored to the executive level, providing a premium experience to candidates and stakeholders.
